Your account will be upgraded within 8-12 business days of purchase.
How long will my Explorist status be valid for?
Your status is valid until March 1, 2027.
After March 1, 2027, can I renew my status?
Yes. Your Explorist status can be renewed on your existing account after it expires.
Am I guaranteed to receive all the posted benefits on every
hotel stay?
That depends! Room upgrades rely on space being available at the hotel, so you’ll receive an upgrade if complimentary room upgrades are available to status-holders.
You’ll always receive other perks, like free breakfast and late checkout, as long as you hold status.
Do you need my password to process my status?
