How long will it take to receive my Platinum Elite status?
After your purchase, your status upgrade will begin processing within one business day. We'll send you an email confirmation when processing begins.
Your account will be upgraded within 15-20 business days of purchase.
How long will my Platinum Elite status be valid for?
Your status is valid until March 1, 2027.
After March 1, 2027, can I renew my status?
Yes. Your Platinum Elite status can be renewed on your existing account after it expires.
Am I guaranteed to receive all the posted benefits on every
hotel stay?
That depends! Room upgrades rely on space being available at the hotel, so you’ll receive an upgrade if complimentary room upgrades are available to status-holders.
You’ll always receive other perks, like free breakfast and late checkout, as long as you hold status.
Do you need any other account information to process my status?
We process this upgrade by applying a corporate promotion to your Marriott account, which grants your purchased status. We need your account credentials to add the promotion to your account.
We'll automatically request your credentials after you place your order. Your credentials are stored securely using bank-grade encryption and are removed from our systems after your upgrade is complete.
As a precaution, we recommend changing your credentials after your upgrade is complete.

What do I need to do to receive my status?
After submitting your account information, you're done! Your purchase includes a direct upgrade to Platinum Elite status on your Marriott Bonvoy account.
Completing a fixed number of stays or nights, or meeting any other challenge, to receive the upgrade is not required.
